PJSC Oil Refining Complex Halychyna
NPK Halychyna is an oil refinery located in Drohobych, Lviv Oblast.
NPK Halychyna is the oldest oil refinery in Ukraine. It was built in 1863. It was formerly called the Drohobych Oil Refinery.

The main owner of the plant is the financial and industrial group Privat. The controlling stake is divided between four offshore companies registered in the British Virgin Islands: Rommannor Investments Ltd., Weavernal Holdings Ltd. and Deneiro Ventures Ltd. own 19% each., while another 16% belong to Dommennium Enterprices Ltd., and 25% of shares remained in the ownership of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
According to Economichna Pravda, in January 2020 Ihor Kolomoisky, Henadiy Boholyubov and Zakhar Palytsia, a son of the People's Deputy Ihor Palytsia, became business partners as co-owners of two oil refining complexes: PJSC Naftokhimik Prykarpattia and PJSC NPK Halychyna.
The final beneficiaries are: Henadiy Boholyubov, Ihor Kolomoisky, Kiperman Yurii, Deli Svitlana, Krichevsky Yevhen, Potishman Dmytro, Mordekhai Yuda Korf, Palytsia Zakhar, Palytsia Oksana, Buinis Oleksii, Laber Uriel Tzvi.
