2005-2010 – founder and CEO, Fine Web.

2012-2016 – IT-Director, PrivatBank.

Later, he became one of the founders of Monobank. He also served as advisor to Ivan Bakanov, Head of the Security Service of Ukraine.

In 2015, Dmytro started developing iGov portal aimed at combating corruption and enhancing the efficiency of officials’ work. In July 2017, he launched the system allowing to order biometric passports in 10 regions and in the city of Kyiv. In 2016, Dubilet, together with his father Oleksandr Dubilet, Oleh Gorokhivsky, Mykhailo Rogalsky and others, set up FinTech Bank, IT consulting firm providing consultancy and web-development services to Ukrainian banks.

In 2017, he launched Monobank, the first Ukrainian online bank. All the services of the bank are provided in the mobile app. It is a retail product from Universal Bank JSC that belongs to the TAS Group of Sergiy Tigipko.

On July 16, 2019, Dmytro Dubilet became advisor to Ivan Bakanov, Head of Security Service of Ukraine.

On August 29, 2019, when the Verkhovna Rada approved the new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers, Dmytro Dubilet was appointed as Minister of Cabinet of Ministers.


Associated with Kolomoisky

Dmytro Dubilet was one of the key officers in PrivatBank at times when the bank belonged to Ihor Kolomoisky. At the same time, his father Oleksandr Dubilet served as the Chairman of the Management Board there. Hence, Dubilet was aware of the bank’s situation and of the damage caused by its shareholders either himself, or through the father.
