Mark Rollins

Mark Rollins

British businessman. Chairman of the Executive Board in Ukrnafta.

Mark Rollins started his career with Shell in the Netherlands and held a number of commercial positions so he worked on business development at the large Sakhalin-II exploration and production projects and several enterprises in the North Caspian.

In 1996, he moved to the United Kingdom, where he started working at Clyde Petroleum oil and gas company.

In 1997, Rollins started working at ARCO, an integrated major oil and gas company, to build a new business development unit.  He was also Chief Executive and board member of a private equity-backed exploration and production company with operations in South America. He became a co-founder of Avante Petroleum.

In 2008, Rollings joined BG Group as Senior Vice President for Growth in Europe and Central Asia.

In September 2009, Mark Rollings became Senior Vice President of BG Group for Central Asia and headed the BG Kazakhstan company main office  in the Astana.

On July 22, 2015, he was elected to be the new head of Ukrnafta. At the meeting of shareholders, 99.97% of shareholders voted for the decision, one vote against and one abstained.
