Associated with Kolomoisky

Oleh Dunda's membership in the "Kolomoisky group" was clearly defined during the consideration of 2571-d, so-called the «anti-Kolomoisky law,« in the Verkhovna Rada. He did not vote in the first ballot on March 31.

Then, Oleh Dunda became one of the people's deputies who organized a «amendment spam» to the bill, and submitted for the second reading 1656 amendments. He justified his actions by insisting that the bill was beneficial to Poroshenko and the people who ran the banking sector during his time.

During the second reading on May 13, the people's deputy also did not vote.
