Ohurtsov Oleksii graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

In 2003, he started working as a chief legal adviser in the Department of Organization of Economic Activity of the NBU.

In 2006, he started working as a lawyer in the private LLC "Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners".

He began his judicial career in 2008. Until 2013, he worked as a judge of the Poltava District Administrative Court;

From 2013 to present, he has been working as a judge in the Kyiv District Administrative Court


According to the declaration of family ties of the judge for 2012-2016 and for 2013-2017:

Bisyk Viktoriia Oleksandrivna (wife) is a lawyer (since August 2017).

Ohurtsov Danylo Oleksiyovych — son.

Bisyk Iryna Oleksandrivna (wife's sister) — from 2013 to 2016, Secretary of the Secretariat of the High Council of Justice.

Judge Ohurtsov Oleksii has declared a BMW 325 (MY2008) and his wife has declared a Subaru Forester (MY2011).

On February 28, 2018, the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council opened a disciplinary case against Ohurtsov Oleksii, a judge of the Kyiv District Administrative Court.

Judge Ohurtsov's activities and income have been investigated by PROSUD.
