Ohurtsov Oleksii graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
In 2003, he started working as a chief legal adviser in the Department of Organization of Economic Activity of the NBU.

He began his judicial career in 2008. Until 2013, he worked as a judge of the Poltava District Administrative Court;
