Associated with Kolomoisky

From the very beginning, local media associated Severyn with so-called Kolomoisky group because of his long work with Oliinyk, who has a long-standing relationship with Kolomoisky.

Severyn was also one of the people's deputies who lobbied for the second reading of the State Budget for 2020 to allocate one billion hryvnias for the repair of the runway at the Dnipro airport that was privatized by Kolomoisky's companies.

During the consideration of the ‘anti-Kolomoisky law,’ he was absent during both the first and second readings.
