Associated with Kolomoisky

She was a member of the panel of judges, which made an unjust decision, obliging Privatbank to pay 7 billion hryvnias to the offshore companies of Surkis brothers. During the nationalization of the bank, Surkis borthers were recognized as related parties who, due to the connection with the previous owners of the bank — Kolomoisky and others, had a privileged position. As a result, their deposits and the deposits of their companies were forcibly converted into the authorized capital of the nationalized Privatbank. 7 billion hryvnias are an interest accrued on convertible deposits of companies since nationalization in early 2017.
